Tryout Registration Form

Please complete the form below in order to register a player for the KW Lightning 2011-2012 open tryouts.

Players may try out for as many teams as they wish as long as they meet the minimum age requirements shown below. KW Lightning runs teams at each age level.

Note: By submitting the form below you agree that the KW Lightning Girls Basketball Association may contact the player and/or the parent by phone and/or email in order to provide information about playing basketball for KW Lightning. See the privacy policy below the form for more information.

Teams To Try Out For
  1. Junior (U19) is for girls born in 1993 or younger
  5. Juvenile (U17) is for girls born in 1995 or younger
  7. Major Midget (U16) is for girls born in 1996 or younger
  9. Midget (U15) is for girls born in 1997 or younger
  11. Major Bantam (U14) is for girls born in 1998 or younger
  13. Bantam (U13) is for girls born in 1999 or younger
  15. Major Atom (U12) is for girls born in 2000 or younger
  17. Atom (U11) is for girls born in 2001 or younger
  19. Novice (U10) is for girls born in 2002, 2003 or 2004
 

Privacy Policy: KW Lightning is committed to your privacy. The personal information we collect for the tryout registration is the minimum necessary in order to run our tryouts. Players chosen for a KW Lightning team (or their parents) are required to provide additional information (such as a birth certificate to prove the player’s age) and/or sign waivers and other documents.
