KW Lightning Merchandise

At the start of the season, the club orders branded merchandise on behalf of its members. It’s a great way to demonstrate team spirit and promote the club. A variety of clothing is available, plus a few accessories. (Note: Merchandise is provided at cost. This is not a fundraiser for the club.)

How To Order

Merchandise must be ordered using the official KW Lightning merchandise order form, which is available in two formats:

Excel Spreadsheet: If you have used Excel before, the simplest thing to do is to click this link to download our Excel spreadsheet to your computer. Then open the spreadsheet with Excel and fill in the fields. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate total costs. Print out the completed spreadsheet and return it to your team manager with your cheque.
Printable Document: If you’d rather fill out the form by hand, click this link to download our printable (PDF) order form to your computer and print it. Fill it out — you’ll need to calculate the total cost by hand — and return it to your team manager with your cheque.

If there are multiple players in your household, please use one form per player, it makes tracking things much simpler. Don’t forget that embroidering a name adds $5 to the cost of the item (the spreadsheet adds it automatically).

Orders placed as of November 20, 2011 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, sorry!

Please note that samples of most items will be available during one of your team’s practices so you can determine which sizes to order. Consult your coach or manager for more details. As there are no refunds and your order must be prepaid in full, getting the right size is important!
